Important Notice from Dixie Electric Power Association

As Coronavirus continues to spread, protecting the health of our members and staff is our primary concern. We are taking action, and doing our part in social distancing, to ensure our employees and members remain healthy while reducing exposure to others to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We will continue to be here to serve; however, effective Monday, March 23, 2020, and until further notice, the main lobby of our business offices will be closed to the public. This is an important step in social distancing.

What this means for you:

  • Members are encouraged to make their payments over the phone (601) 425-2535, through the SmartHub app, by mail, online at dixieepa.com, or through our drive-thru window.
  • If you need to start/stop service, you may call our office to handle this over the phone or to schedule an appointment.
  • Member Service Representatives will be available to answer any questions you may have by phone at (601) 425-2535.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate this new situation together.

We will continue to monitor the evolving impact of the Coronavirus. As we gather information on safety precautions from government officials and public health agencies, we will make every effort to abide by their guidance. We will keep our members notified as any changes occur.
