- $50 membership deposit plus a $30 service charge
- Consumer deposit based on utility credit report (See the Service Rules and Regulations for detailed information)
- Application for residential accounts
- Social Security number
- United States government-issued photo identification
Moving into a home already built

Renting a house
In addition to the information above, please provide a rental receipt.
Temporary to Build
In addition to the information above, please also be prepared to provide:

Right-of-Way easement signed by landowner(s)
The Easement must be printed on legal-sized paper and notarized

Residents of Forrest, Jones, and Covington counties need a Flood Plain Permit from their respective county
